Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in Dutch, addressing client inquiries and requests.
• Communicate brand stories and product information effectively to engage customers.
• Manage customer interactions, processing orders and providing assistance with post-sales support.
• Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with the sales team to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about luxury market trends and the latest product offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
• A valid EU passport.
• Experience in luxury retail or customer service is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Genuine enthusiasm for luxury brands and understanding of the luxury retail sector.
• Willingness to relocate to Bangkok and work flexible hours to meet business needs.
