What will you do?
As a Customer Support Agent, you will play a key role within our organization. You will be the first and only point of contact for (potential) french speaking customers. Our domain is currently available in five languages (English, Dutch, German, French and Spanish). With the international team, we make daily efforts to help our customers in the best possible way.
In this role your focus will be on the following tasks:
🚀 Customer service: mainly in English and French. With our AI tooling you will also support customers in other languages. We can be reached through various channels, including phone, email, live chat and our WhatsApp service.
🚀 Sales: you will fully participate in the sales process, from inquiry to after sales.
🚀 Customer satisfaction: we strive for the best customer satisfaction in every way possible. This means your focus will also be on monitoring our review scores and you will be involved in projects to introduce AI into our services.
🚀 Logistics: we work closely with the logistic department to ensure that orders are processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.
