Job Summary:

Payscale is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to drive insights, scalability, and operational excellence across our entire Go-to-Market (GTM) organization—including Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success. This individual will play a key role in shaping and executing on our strategic initiatives by aligning systems, workflows, and reporting infrastructure to enable revenue growth and customer value realization. 
 
You will partner closely with GTM leadership, Finance, Marketing, Business Applications, and Strategy to build robust planning frameworks, maintain data fidelity across tools, and deliver insights that inform executive decision-making. 

You will:

  • Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership in Sales, AM, and CS to drive planning, performance tracking, and operational execution.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards, reporting suites, and models (forecasting, capacity, segmentation, etc.) to track pipeline, bookings, retention, and growth KPIs.
  • Lead the design and deployment of workflows and system automations in Salesforce and related tools, in partnership with Business Systems.
  • Own recurring GTM reporting deliverables such as MBRs, QBRs, pipeline reviews, and executive reporting packages.
  • Drive and support territory design, quota modeling, and book of business alignment across all GTM functions.
  • Support launch and iteration of compensation plans, tracking performance and scenario modeling.
  • Monitor funnel efficiency across both new business and expansion/renewal motions—identify gaps and surface recommendations.
  • Drive data integrity initiatives across account, opportunity, and contact records to improve GTM execution and reporting reliability.
  • Project manage cross-functional GTM initiatives from discovery to rollout—e.g., CPQ changes, new GTM motions, team realignments.
  • Champion RevOps best practices and scalable processes across the organization. 

You have:

  • 4 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy, FP&A, or Management Consulting (SaaS or recurring revenue preferred).
  • Deep familiarity with GTM motions beyond Sales—specifically Account Management and Customer Success.
  • Expert-level Excel/Sheets skills, strong proficiency in Salesforce (admin-level knowledge a plus).
  • Strong fluency in one or more analytics/reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with sales acceleration tools (Outreach, Salesloft), CPQ platforms, and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Clearbit, etc.).
  • Exceptional business acumen with the ability to turn data into actionable insights. 
  • Experience managing complex projects and collaborating cross-functionally.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—comfortable interfacing with senior leaders.
  • Strong ownership mentality—proactive, resourceful, and comfortable with ambiguity. 

Compensation 

In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $87,400 - $131,200, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for an annual corporate bonus of 10%. If you are hired at Payscale, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer a generous compensation and benefits package (more information on benefits listed below).
