What You'll Do
Drive Growth Through Strategic Sales:
Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust 3-4X pipeline
Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present tailored solutions
Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product, and implementation
Build Lasting Relationships:
Engage with key stakeholders at hotels and restaurants to understand their strategic objectives
Provide competitive intelligence and customer feedback to product management
Represent Agilysys at industry trade shows and conferences
Partner with marketing to enhance messaging and campaigns
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:
3+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
Strong background in outbound prospecting and closing net new business
Experience with consultative, value-based selling approaches
Technical proficiency for product demonstrations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Bonus Qualifications:
Experience in restaurant or hotel/resort industry
Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
Background with ConnectAndSell or similar sales tools
