Remote | Texas, United States | Full-time 
  
**Hiring remote talent in the State of Texas to support the operations in the West Region States of CA, HI, NV, AZ, UT
**
One (1) week New Hire Training is required in Las Vegas, NV or Alpharetta, GA.

What You'll Do 
Drive Growth Through Strategic Sales: 
  • Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns using phone, email, and LinkedIn to build a robust 3-4X pipeline 
  • Convert inbound leads through consultative discovery and value-based selling 
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and present tailored solutions 
  • Navigate the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales engineering, product, and implementation 
Build Lasting Relationships: 
  • Engage with key stakeholders at hotels and restaurants to understand their strategic objectives 
  • Provide competitive intelligence and customer feedback to product management 
  • Represent Agilysys at industry trade shows and conferences 
  • Partner with marketing to enhance messaging and campaigns 
  
What We're Looking For 
Essential Experience: 
  • 3+ years of software sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quotas 
  • Strong background in outbound prospecting and closing net new business 
  • Experience with consultative, value-based selling approaches 
  • Technical proficiency for product demonstrations 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
Bonus Qualifications: 
  • Experience in restaurant or hotel/resort industry 
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM 
  • Background with ConnectAndSell or similar sales tools
