📍UK Remote â”‚ Maternity Cover - Fixed term - 9 Months

What you’ll be doing (in a nutshell):
In this role, you’ll take the lead on client engagement across our public sector accounts - ensuring they’re getting the best from our platform throughout their journey with us. You’ll support them in reaching their goals, share insights to guide their next steps, and work cross-functionally to solve problems and spot opportunities for growth.


Day-to-day you can expect to:

  • Owning the relationship with key client contacts from onboarding to renewal
  • Proactively guiding platform usage to keep engagement high
  • Educating and empowering client admins to use self-service tools effectively
  • Identifying patterns in client feedback or behaviour and acting on them
  • Sharing relevant product updates and best practice tips with clients and teammates
  • Keeping account data accurate so everyone’s working from the same page
  • Supporting with commercial queries around invoicing, contracts, and renewals
  • Helping manage potential risks by having open, honest conversations early on


To be successful, you'll have:

  • Clear, confident communication skills - whether over email, phone, or in person
  • Strong organisational habits, especially when managing multiple clients
  • An analytical eye for trends, and confidence using data to shape decisions
  • Experience building rapport and influencing stakeholders at all levels
  • A willingness to get stuck in and adapt when things change
  • Familiarity with tools like Outlook, Excel, and ideally a CRM platform
  • A collaborative mindset and a calm, considered approach to challenges


Bonus points if you bring:

  • Experience working with public sector clients or in a SaaS environment
  • Previous involvement in retention, renewals, or client growth conversations
  • Ideas around improving client experience through self-service or automation

The Interview Process

Our interview process involves 4 main stages:

  • Application
  • Short call with a member of the TA team
  • 30-minute video call with Hiring Manager and one other team member
  • Final Interview and task with two members of the team
