Job Title: Green Hydrogen Business Development Director

Location: Global (Remote-based, with flexible travel)
Compensation: Top-tier, commensurate with experience and impact

About the Role:

We are seeking an exceptional Business Development Director to lead our global expansion in Green Hydrogen solutions. You will spearhead strategic partnerships and customer acquisition efforts across industries including airlines, airports, cement, steel, mining, manufacturing, retail, data centers, power utilities, and government sectors.

This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven industry rainmakersomeone who can not only open doors but close transformative deals that accelerate the energy transition.

What Youll Do:

  • Develop and execute a global go-to-market strategy for green hydrogen across industrial, transportation, energy, and public sectors.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with high-emission industries looking to decarbonize.
  • Lead complex negotiations for multimillion-dollar projects, joint ventures, and long-term offtake agreements.
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure project feasibility, technical alignment, and delivery capabilities.
  • Represent the company at global forums, regulatory bodies, and with C-suite decision-makers.
  • Track market trends, policy developments, and emerging demand centers to inform business decisions.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing team as the business scales.

Who You Are:

  • A top-tier business development executive with a track record of closing large-scale industrial or energy deals (>$10M+ preferred).
  • Deep industry relationships in at least one or more of our target sectors: aviation, heavy industry, power, or government.
  • Technical fluency in green hydrogen, renewables, or clean tech highly preferred; ability to partner with engineering teams a must.
  • Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-drivensomeone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.
  • Willing and able to travel globally as needed.
