Job Title: Customer Service Automotive Digital Services (German Speaking)

Join our clients Automotive Digital Services team and be part of a dynamic, multilingual customer service project supporting a well-known automotive brand. As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative, your role will be to deliver high-quality support and guidance to customers across a variety of digital services and solutions.
Provide outstanding customer service in German via phone, email, or chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to digital automotive services
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
Escalate more complex queries to relevant departments
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions
Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met
Fluency in German (C1 or higher) and good command of English (B1-B2)
Previous customer service experience is a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working in rotating shifts, including weekends and nights
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Monday to Sunday 24/7 rotating shifts
2 rotating days off per week
Gross Salary: 1030/month x 14 months
Meal Allowance: 80/month x 12 months
Relocation Package available for remote positions within this project (for German, Dutch, and Danish speakers)
