Job description

Desired skills for job requisition:

Strong Python programming experience
- Knowledge of core data science stack: pandas, numPy, scikitlearn
- Familiarity working with and developing simple APIs: requests library, fastapi, etc
Experience with Large language models (LLMs) and retrieval augmented generation (RAG):
- LangChain and LangGraph experience strongly preferred
- Experience writing robust, user-friendly processes for LLMs
- Developing agents
- Experience with few-shot prompting with RAG
- Conceptual understanding of vector databases and vector database libraries (FAISS, elasticsearch)
General knowledge of software development best practice:
- Object oriented programming
- Writing modular, maintainable code
- Documentation with docstrings, dataclass / Pydantic, etc.
- Version control
Experience with SQL and able to write performant queries.
Experience benchmarking data science / AI methods, especially ranking metrics (mean reciprocal rank, top-k accuracy, top-k precision, top-k recall, etc.)
