Description

Essential Functions:

  • Create and monitor rental contracts, make changes as required, manage invoicing, close contracts, verify accuracy, and manage completed signatures. Verify customer account and insurance status.
  • Process equipment requests from sales and other sources by matching and prioritizing available inventory with requests.
  • Process equipment requests from sales and other sources by matching and prioritizing available inventory with requests.
  • Coordinate maintenance needs of inbound and outbound equipment with Rental Manager
  • Coordinate maintenance needs of inbound and outbound equipment with Rental Manager
  • Maintain equipment inventory levels appropriate for local needs by monitoring demand trends and reservations, then working with the Rental Manager

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Projects a positive company image by interacting with fellow employees, customers and management in a cooperative, supportive and courteous manner; displays a professional attitude complies with company dress code.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly and professional work area.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding company information.
  • Perform other duties as directed.
Qualifications

  • Team player and have ability to work independently, have strong analytical problem solving and organizational skills and be an energetic self starter
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout organization
  • Knowledge in Excel and Word Software emphasis on accounting or equivalent education or experience.
  • Strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to professionally interact with fellow employees, sales representatives, management and customers.
  • Be able to work outdoors, be physically capable of climbing on machines and some operation.
  • Attention to detail
