We’re hiring a Financial Advisor with a strong tax background to serve in a client-facing role that blends relationship management, financial strategy, and operational execution.
This role is all about ownership and impact—you’ll work closely with business owners to implement tax-saving strategies, integrate financial plans, and ensure seamless execution across accounting, payroll, and planning functions. You’ll also coordinate internally to deliver a high-touch, high-precision experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of VIP business clients.
Coordinate across internal departments (tax, payroll, accounting) to ensure smooth execution of services.
Lead implementation of customized tax-saving strategies and financial planning.
Track client deliverables and ensure follow-through on all commitments.
Conduct financial reviews, identify planning opportunities, and recommend relevant solutions.
Support the development of integrated strategies involving tax, retirement, cash flow, and entity structure.
Maintain detailed client records and documentation with exceptional accuracy.
Monitor deadlines, compliance requirements, and key client milestones.
Participate in strategy sessions and contribute to internal process improvements.
What You Need
Background in tax and financial advising, with a deep understanding of business tax strategy.
Experience with financial products is highly valued (Series 7 license or equivalent preferred but not required).
Experience in American retirements, investments, trusts, and life insurance products is a plus.
Prior experience in a wealth management or private office environment is a plus.
Understanding of estate and trust planning is helpful, but not required.
Strong client-facing communication skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Detail-oriented, accountable, and organized in all aspects of your work.
Proficiency in working across teams and managing complex workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time, long-term position.
The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement.
Work from home. (But available to meet in CDMX 1-2x per month.)
