Currently, Bounteous is searching for Project Management talent to add to our fast-growing team. Successful candidates have a demonstrated history and the wherewithal to truly partner with clients, leading all phases of digital marketing projects including scope and timeline definition, creative and user experience design, campaign planning and production, deliverable handoff, and delivery. Candidates should be comfortable managing multiple projects of various sizes independently from inception through completion. You’ll be responsible for prioritizing, guiding, and directing practice area teams throughout the life cycle of various small to large sized digital marketing projects.
Information Security ResponsibilitiesPromote and enforce awareness of key information security practices, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security protocolsIdentify, assess, and report security risks, focusing on how these risks impact the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assetsUnderstand and evaluate how data is stored, processed, or transmitted, ensuring compliance with data privacy and protection standards (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)Ensure data protection measures are integrated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive informationRole and Responsibilities:Independently lead and motivate diverse teams and manage multiple projects in an extremely fast-paced environmentLead on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in a high degree of client and internal team member satisfactionManage project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomesCreate and maintain a project schedule including activity definition, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirementsProactively monitor, communicate, and manage project scope changes, budget burn, and timeline riskAbility to understand a problem and work toward a solution by building consensus within the project teamServe as an advocate for the project team, ensuring that they are empowered and have the information needed to successfully create and deliver an excellent end productAbility to communicate (written and verbal) effectively and facilitate communication amongst the multidisciplinary project teams and client stakeholders Schedule and facilitate efficient meetings including producing detailed agenda, facilitating discussions, and ensuring action items are identified and followed up onAbility to adjust how information is communicated to various audiences, who each process information in their own way, have different working styles, and unique personalities Foster a collaborative environment within the project team Ability to resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive mannerAct as a key client contact and ensure their expectations are met and results are deliveredWork with the client team and practice leads to ensure that campaign and project deliverables meet client expectations and align to business goals Experience working with global teamsDevelop domain expertise in client's business space to drive resultsAbility to easily work with design, content, media and marketing teams, and communicate across all levels in the companySupport process and efficiency improvements across the Program Delivery competency Build strong relationships with client and internal team members to deliver successContinue expansion and development of new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learningPreferred Qualifications:BS/BA in relevant program, or equivalent work experience5+ years of project management experience in an agency setting A strong digital DNA with experience in digital marketing and AOR work A basic understanding of CMS platforms and web technologiesDemonstrated experience managing multiple simultaneous projects and campaigns involving cross-functional teams within budgetary and schedule constraintsWorked with multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 10 or more peopleManaged distributed or remote team membersIn-depth understanding of digital development process and technologies Basic understanding of Agile and ScrumExperience delivering digital-marketing projects with a focus on campaign, marketing, and creativeProven communication, organizational skills and a focused attention to detailAbility to work in an extremely face paced environment Experience in Confluence, JIRA, Sharepoint, Basecamp, Monday and Teams or equivalent tool for software developmentCSM and PMP certifications are a plusPrevious Telecom experience is a plusWe invite you to stay connected with us by subscribing to our monthly job openings alert
