The opportunity

We’re looking for a Subject Team Lead who’s passionate about science education and ready to lead a talented team to deliver high-quality Biology, Chemistry and Movement content to students and teachers across Australia.

In this role, you'll guide content creators and visual designers to produce engaging, accurate and curriculum-aligned courses. You’ll take ownership of content delivery, team performance, and continuous improvement in how we work.

Role Overview

Lead and support a team of content creators working on Biology and Chemistry courses.

Give regular feedback, run performance reviews, and help your team grow.

Hire, onboard and train new team members. Build a positive, collaborative team culture.

Make sure all content is clear, accurate, on-brand and grounded in solid pedagogy.

Review work and provide clear, constructive feedback to keep quality high.

Stay across curriculum updates, teaching best practice and competitor resources.

Shape how courses are built—recommend lesson structures, content approaches and improvements.

Use project tools (like Google Sheets and JIRA) to plan, track and manage team work and deadlines.

Use data and feedback to improve course quality and user experience.

Work with the Content Leadership team to improve processes and share learnings.

Help shape and deliver the subject content roadmap.

Publish Biology, Chemistry and Movement courses to our platform with a high level of accuracy.
