Role Summary:

You’ll champion a refreshed narrative that blends our brand legacy with modern outdoor style and inclusivity. You’ll own and integrate our brand, eCommerce, digital marketing, and product storytelling, while also fostering a deeper emotional connection with our consumers. Key Responsibilities:
Drive a comprehensive brand repositioning initiative, infusing every aspect of our storytelling with fresh energy, balancing heritage and innovation, performance and style.
Build and execute a brand strategy that connects deeply with our core pillars: family, mountain sports, and versatility, transforming how our brand shows up in the world, from wholesale to direct-to-consumer experiences.
Serve as the steward of the brand’s emotional core, leading the creative vision for product campaigns, print stories, and digital activations that evoke the unique feelings of mountain life—whether it’s the rush of powder skiing or the cozy après-ski glow.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with product, design, and sales teams to ensure that our products and experiences embody this elevated brand story, bridging technical performance with approachable style for today’s diverse, active consumer.
Ensure our website is the pinnacle expression of the brand, blending immersive storytelling, eCommerce excellence, and seamless shopping experiences that convert, inspire, and build loyalty.
In addition to leading brand marketing, you will:
Oversee eCommerce and digital marketing initiatives, ensuring they not only support conversion and customer acquisition goals but also elevate the overall brand narrative.
Guide product and design teams to ensure products meet evolving customer needs and maintain alignment with our brand vision.
Who You Are:
A brand visionary with 10+ years of leadership experience in brand marketing, ideally in outdoor, lifestyle, or technical apparel.
Deep understanding of how to create an emotional connection between brand and consumer, and how to translate that across every customer touchpoint, from digital to in-store to experiential.
Proven track record in brand repositioning, with an eye for style, inclusivity, and modern relevance.
Data-informed yet highly creative, equally comfortable driving performance KPIs (ROAS, CAC, LTV) and crafting campaigns that resonate deeply.
A collaborative, authentic leader who can inspire teams, build trust, and create an environment where the brand’s emotional core shines.
