Job Description
We’re seeking a dynamic Real Estate Appointment Setter to join our expanding team and play a crucial role in connecting property owners with professional appraisal services. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping homeowners take the important first step in their property selling journey. You’ll work with an established database of qualified leads and receive comprehensive training from an experienced real estate professional with proven success in the market. This position offers excellent growth potential, with the opportunity to expand from part-time to full-time as the business continues to flourish, and includes performance-based commission opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct professional cold calls to property owners using a curated database of 1,500-1,800 qualified contacts
  • Schedule in-house property appraisals and consultations for the real estate team
  • Follow proven sales scripts and calling processes with comprehensive training provided
  • Maintain accurate records and manage lead information in the REX CRM system
  • Build rapport with potential clients and effectively communicate the value of property appraisal services
  • Work consistently during peak calling hours to maximize connection rates with homeowners
  • Focus on appointment setting and lead qualification rather than direct sales pressure

Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to adapt conversation style to different personalities
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and natural talent for building rapport over the phone
  • Willingness to learn and consistently follow established sales processes and scripts
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently while maintaining high performance standards
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (REX experience preferred but comprehensive training provided)
  • Available to work Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM Brisbane time
  • Female candidates are strongly preferred due to demonstrated higher success rates in this market.
  • Previous appointment setting or customer service experience beneficial but not required
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for professional phone calls
