Job description

This is a remote position.


We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day administrative operations and manage our social media presence. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and has a flair for content creation and digital engagement. This is a remote position, perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Administrative Support

  • Manage email inboxes and respond to routine inquiries
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and calendar management
  • Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized digital files
  • Conduct internet research and summarize findings
  • Process invoices and handle basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, or partners as needed

Social Media Management

  • Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X)
  • Create basic graphics or coordinate with designers when needed
  • Monitor engagement and respond to comments/messages
  • Track performance analytics and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with trends and adjust content accordingly



Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role
  • Solid background in social media management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, Hootsuite/Buffer/Later, Trello or Asana
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice to Have:


Experience with content planning tools or CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Notion)

Familiarity with basic graphic design or video editing tools

Previous work with customer service accounts, or the cleaning industry (residential)
