Job description

We’re on the lookout for a talented Industrial Designer to join our growing AU Client's team. As a vital part of our design crew, you’ll bring fresh ideas to life—from initial sketches to fully realised products—playing a key role in every step of the design journey.

You'll work on exciting, high-impact projects from concept to execution.
You'll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth team that values creativity and initiative.

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

Create and deliver clear, impactful concept presentations.
Collaborate closely with the Design, Production, and Account teams to bring client briefs to life.
Develop detailed drawings and documentation for internal and client-facing purposes, including materials, electronic specs, and final dimensions.
Prepare General Assembly drawings, BOMs, and Production Files for both local and offshore manufacturing.
Oversee prototyping and installation phases—including on-site visits for quality control and support when needed.

Requirements

A Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design (or equivalent).
3+ years of experience in Industrial Design—retail industry experience is a bonus.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and production expectations.
Familiarity with various production methods, including cabinetry, sheet metal, plastics, and print (preferred).
Strong project management and prioritization skills—you can juggle multiple deadlines with ease.
A proactive, can-do attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for great design.

Set-up and Location: WFH

Work Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (AEST) | 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (PH Time)

Employment Type: Full-time
