The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Marketing Manager with a strong focus on Partner and Customer Marketing to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies, empowering our partners, and nurturing strong customer relationships. You will translate our cutting-edge technical capabilities into compelling value propositions, ensuring our messaging resonates across the cloud-native ecosystem.

What You Will Do:

  • Content Creation: Craft compelling marketing content based on the product updates (e.g., website copy, blog posts, presentations, whitepapers, solution briefs, social media content) tailored to partner and customer audiences.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Collaborate with product, sales, and partner teams to define and execute GTM strategies for new product features, solutions, and programs specifically for partners and customers.
  • Campaign Management: Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various channels to drive partner engagement and customer adoption.
  • Partner Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing programs to support our partner ecosystem, including creating co-marketing campaigns.
  • Sales Enablement Specialist: Creating sales decks, battlecards, and training materials according to our products and refining these materials based on performance feedback.
  • Performance Measurement: Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of partner and customer marketing initiatives, using data to inform future strategies.
  • Communications Manager/PR Specialist: Managing media relations, crafting press releases, coordinating public announcements, and overseeing crisis communications.
  • Market Intelligence: Conduct competitive and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive differentiators relevant to our partner and customer base.
  • Event & Webinar Management: Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and workshops to engage partners and customers, showcasing our solutions and fostering community.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across sales, product, and engineering teams, as well as with our partners and customers.



What You Bring:

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven focus on partner marketing, customer marketing, or a similar role within the software or cloud-native industry.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing successful marketing programs that drive partner engagement and customer advocacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and compelling messaging.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • A proactive, curious, and execution-focused mindset, with a strong ability to take ownership and drive results.
  • Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
  • Understanding of the cloud-native landscape, Kubernetes, and related technologies is a plus as well.
