Job Summary:


PTZ Insurance Agency is seeking an Unlicensed Customer Service Representative who will report to the Supervisor, Customer Service. The Unlicensed Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by providing information about products and/or services, answering questions, and resolving problems and issues.

Job Location: Remote – USA
  

Main Responsibilities:  

  • Responds to internal and external inquiries within stated service level agreements.
  • Manages incoming contacts regarding members questions, customer complaints, products, warranties, and general customer inquiries in accordance with quality and processing guidelines.
  • Analyzes, researches, and resolves problems and discrepancies for member accounts.
  • Maintains product knowledge, awareness of customer services policies, and/or store policies.
  • If applicable, maintains understanding of federal and state regulations to include compliance.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Basic Qualifications:  

  • 2 years customer service, call center, or relevant experience
  • Only candidates residing in the United States will be considered for this position

Expected Hours of Work:

  • This is a full-time position: Days and hours to be determined by needs of business.  Hours to be determined between employee and director
