We are looking to add a Digital Marketing Manager to our team!  

 

 

LOCATION: Fully Remote 

REPORTS TO: Director of Marketing 

PAY: $60,000 - $70,000/ annually 

 

 

CORE RESPONSIBILITES:  

 

Lead Destination Pet’s Brand Social Media Strategy: 

  • Own and manage all corporate social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). 

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and business goals. 

  • Create and curate compelling content that reflects Destination Pet’s voice, values, and service offerings, driving awareness, engagement, and growth. 

  • Lead real-time community management efforts, responding to comments, questions, and brand mentions to foster a positive and engaging online presence. 

  • Stay informed on social trends, platform updates, and emerging tools to keep the brand relevant and competitive. 

  • Analyze performance across platforms and provide actionable insights for optimization and reporting. 

 

 

Drive Engagement Across Pet and Vet Centers: 

  • Serve as a coach and strategic partner for local center managers, emphasizing the importance of social media engagement and brand consistency. 

  • Provide ready-to-use toolkits, templates, guides, and campaign playbooks tailored to the unique needs of local pet and vet centers. 

  • Review and assess center-level social performance, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement. 

  • Foster a culture of best-in-class social engagement across all centers, aligned with Destination Pet’s brand standards. 

 

Platform Management and Optimization: 

  • Use Sprinklr to manage and monitor social media campaigns, content publishing, listening, engagement, and reporting at both the brand and local level. 

  • Create and optimize workflows in Sprinklr for streamlined publishing, moderation, customer care, and analytics. 

  • Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, reach, sentiment, ROI) for both Destination Pet and individual centers. 

  • Identify trends, opportunities, and potential issues using Sprinklr data and social listening insights. 

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Collaborate with internal content, creative, and paid media teams to ensure cohesive storytelling across platforms. 

  • Work with marketing, operations, and customer experience teams to align social strategy with broader organizational initiatives. 

  • Partner with regional and local marketing leads to integrate social efforts into comprehensive campaigns across digital, in-store, and experiential touchpoints. 

 

Training and Enablement: 

  • Lead social media training sessions for internal teams and local managers to build confidence and consistency in execution. 

  • Provide ongoing support and education around best practices, Sprinklr usage, platform updates, and content trends. 

  • Manage relationships with vendors and platforms to ensure tools are optimized and teams are fully supported. 

 

 

REQUIREMENTS:  

 

Education & Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field; Master’s preferred. 

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years focused on social media engagement. 

  • Proven experience using Sprinklr for campaign management, social listening, reporting, and engagement is required. 

  • Strong understanding of each social media platform and its ecosystem (audience, formats, trends, KPIs). 

  • Demonstrated ability to grow and engage audiences through organic and paid strategies. 

  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other social analytics tools. 

  • Exceptional communication, project management, and interpersonal skills. 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Demonstrate a self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and drive projects forward.  

  • Sprinklr Certification(s). 

  • Experience in a B2B or B2C enterprise-level marketing environment. 

  • Familiarity with influencer marketing or user-generated content campaigns.
