The Client Success Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless fulfillment of open job positions, maintaining the job board, and coordinating with Recruitment and Credentialing teams to manage candidate pipelines. This role also involves facilitating offers, ensuring new hires receive first-day instructions, and providing program management visibility into candidate pipelines. Additionally, the Client Success Manager is tasked with crafting and maintaining reports to track key hiring metrics and assignment timelines.

Fulfillment of Open Jobs:
- Ensure timely and efficient placement of candidates into open job positions.
- Monitor job progress and collaborate with Recruitment teams to meet hiring goals.
Management of the Job Board:
- Maintain up-to-date job postings in Booker, outside trackers (if applicable), and VMS (if applicable).
- Ensure job descriptions are accurate and reflect current hiring needs.
Candidate Pipeline Coordination:
- Work closely with Recruitment and Credentialing teams to manage the candidate pipeline.
- Assist with education to Recruitment teams on facility and assignment details.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and credentials are in place for candidates.
Offer Coordination:
- Gather internal approvals for client-approved candidates.
- Extend and finalize offers in collaboration with internal teams.
Supplier/Agency Engagement:
- Support Setup of new agencies in the program
- Organize and conduct weekly supplier calls and daily push for candidate submissions.
- Contribute to Supplier Scorecards and participate review calls.
Onboarding Coordination:
- Ensure new hires receive complete first-day instructions.
- Serve as a resource to Recruitment and Credentialing for new hires regarding initial onboarding.
Program Management Collaboration:
- Provide Program Management with visibility into candidate pipelines.
- Assist in setting client expectations by providing updates on hiring timelines.
Reporting & Data Management:
- Create and maintain reports on candidate pipelines, new hires, job tracking, and upcoming roll-offs.
- Analyze data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in job fulfillment and onboarding processes.
- Work with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Compliance & Risk Management:
- Work with Credentialing to ensure candidates meet all compliance and regulatory requirements before placement.
Training & Support for Internal Teams:
- Educate internal teams (Recruitment, Credentialing, etc.) on client expectations and process updates.
- Provide guidance on best practices for candidate placement and client interactions.
Escalation Management & Problem Resolution:
- Act as a liaison between clients/Program Manager and internal teams to address issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve placement delays, offer concerns, or onboarding challenges.
Technology Utilization & VMS Expertise:
- Provide feedback on system improvements or roadblocks that you encounter.

What you bring to the team:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Competitive, go-getter with highly effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
- Self-motivated business-minded leader that thrives in an autonomous, fast-paced work environment, with strong negotiating skills
- Experience in recruitment, staffing, or client success management (preferred).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.

- Some evening and weekend work may be needed
