Job description

CAJAMAR HD Service. This Supervisor position will be ultimately responsible for the HD team for the client CAJAMAR.
This person will oversee the service and will be the communication link with the customer.
Ability to guide, motivate, and coordinate work teams.
Ability to convey clear instructions and provide constructive feedback.
Ability to handle difficult situations between employees or within processes.
Distribute tasks, manage time and resources.
Resolve operational problems quickly and efficiently.
Knowledge of ATM hardware and software.
Proficiency in customer monitoring tools.
Fluency in Microsoft Office.
Spoken and written English.
