Job description

Summary

At Pismo, the Legal team plays a critical support role across the entire organization. We are responsible for managing all legal aspects of the company’s operations, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers. In addition, we provide legal advice and support to all internal teams on matters that require legal guidance.
Our team ensures that the company operates within the legal and regulatory frameworks, mitigating risks and helping the business grow responsibly. We manage relationships with external law firms, oversee legal compliance, and review marketing materials to ensure they align with current laws and regulations.

What you'll do
  • As a Legal Intern, you will support our Legal team in a variety of tasks, including:
  • Assisting in the analysis and review of commercial and supplier contracts, as well as NDAs — primarily in Portuguese, with occasional documents in English;
  • Preparing and managing spreadsheets to track company contracts and clients;
  • Organizing and maintaining the legal document repository on the shared drive;
  • Updating and maintaining the internal legal team page;
  • Collaborating with different departments across the company, including international teams, to better understand and support legal needs;
  • Providing administrative support to the legal team by managing internal requests and documentation;
  • Liaising with external law firms;
  • Assisting with day-to-day legal operations and tasks.
Minimum Qualifications

Language Skills:

  • Proficiency in English at B2 level (Upper Intermediate).

Technical Skills:

  • Previous experience or academic exposure to contract and NDA analysis;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in law
Expected graduation date: December 2026 or later
