We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of demand generation initiatives for OneSpan Digital Agreements portfolio, which includes E-signature, Smart Forms, Identity Verification, Digital Notary and more.

In this role, you will own the demand generation strategy, working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive pipeline growth, accelerate lead conversion, and achieve revenue targets. You will bring creativity and analytical rigor to designing campaigns that resonate with target audiences while leveraging cutting-edge marketing technologies and tactics.

Demand Generation Strategy:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, lead acquisition, and pipeline growth for OneSpan Sign.
  • Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with key personas, industry verticals, and business priorities.

Campaign Planning & Execution:

  • Create and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid media, SEO/SEM, events, webinars, content syndication, ABM (Account-Based Marketing), and social media.
  • Test and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and ensure alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.

Lead Nurturing & Conversion:

  • Design and implement lead nurturing programs to engage prospects and accelerate them through the sales funnel.
  • Work with marketing automation tools to segment audiences and deliver personalized, timely messaging.

Account-Based Marketing (ABM):

  • Partner with sales to develop and execute ABM campaigns targeting high-value accounts in key industries such as financial services, insurance, and healthcare.
  • Create tailored content, outreach strategies, and engagement tactics for ABM programs.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Collaborate with marketing operations to measure and report on the performance of demand generation campaigns, including lead volume, pipeline contribution, cost per lead, and conversion rates.
  • Leverage data and insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Partner with sales and customer success teams to align demand generation efforts with sales enablement and customer acquisition goals.
  • Work closely with product marketing to ensure campaigns reflect the unique value proposition of OneSpan products.

Marketing Technology & Tools:

  • Partner with marketing ops to leverage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to execute campaigns, track results, and manage lead data.
  • Stay informed on emerging demand generation technologies and tactics to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing or strategy. 5+ years of experience in demand generation, or growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Expertise in lead generation, funnel management, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience working with marketing and sales data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Tools:

  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Experience with ABM platforms and tools is a bonus.
