Key Responsibilities

  • Engage proactively with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, to enhance their shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting, is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with customers.
  • Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment, juggling multiple tasks as needed.
