Responsibilities

  • Work with operational teams to address user feedback and improve platform functionality.
  • Stay up to date on platform offerings and updates to provide accurate support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service or support roles, preferably within online platforms or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer experience.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for helping users succeed in using the auction platform.
