Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy and telemedicine services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries about medication orders, prescriptions, and telehealth appointments.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to continuously improve service delivery.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
  • Stay updated on pharmacy products, services, and telemedicine capabilities to offer informed assistance.
  • Encourage a supportive environment by educating clients about available healthcare resources.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service roles, preferably in healthcare, telemedicine, or pharmacy settings.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle sensitive situations professionally.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools, healthcare applications, and pharmacy software is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while effectively managing time.
