  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients utilizing virtual assistant services.
  • Assist clients with inquiries regarding service offerings, project management, and team coordination.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with virtual assistants and other support teams to meet client needs efficiently.
  • Stay updated on virtual assistant tools and best practices to provide informed assistance to clients.
  • Encourage a collaborative environment by fostering open communication with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, particularly in virtual assistant or remote support environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with virtual assistant tools and customer support software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively within a remote team setting.
