  • Keep detailed records of interactions and support cases in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions and enhancements.

  • Gather and relay customer feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer support roles, particularly within financial services or banking.
  • Strong communication skills combined with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Familiarity with mobile banking platforms and financial software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
