Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients of the Online Bookstore.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to book orders, account issues, and delivery information.
  • Resolve complaints and queries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience and address common issues.
  • Stay current with product offerings, promotions, and company policies related to the online bookstore.
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, promoting a love for reading and a positive shopping experience.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and support.
  • Proficient problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and e-commerce platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity.
