Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in Spanish, addressing inquiries related to online learning platforms and educational resources.
  • Assist customers with technical issues, course information, and account management to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting issues and resolutions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and improve overall customer experience.
  • Stay informed about the latest educational trends, course offerings, and platform updates to provide current and relevant information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored support.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish with strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the education or technology sector, is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse customers.
  • Able to manage multiple inquiries and prioritize effectively in a remote work environment.
