⭐About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing European fintech transforming financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

We’re seeking a customer-centric, data-savvy Head of Lifecycle Marketing/CRM to lead retention, engagement, and monetization efforts across the customer base. Reporting to the CMO, you will own the full lifecycle—from onboarding to loyalty—and leverage CRM platforms, segmentation, and experimentation to maximize customer value.

Requirements

  • Lifecycle Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy, covering onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
  • CRM & Data: Lead CRM efforts using platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or HubSpot. Build segmentation and scoring models to enable personalized, high-impact campaigns.
  • Team Leadership: Build and scale a CRM/lifecycle marketing team, driving a culture of experimentation, data-first thinking, and continuous learning.
  • Onboarding & Engagement: Collaborate with Product and Sales to create onboarding flows that activate users and drive product adoption.
  • Revenue Growth Campaigns: Design and execute upsell, cross-sell, and promotional campaigns (e.g., limited-time offers, seasonal events) that increase customer lifetime value.
  • Multi-Channel Execution: Manage lifecycle communications across email, push, in-app, and product notifications to engage users at the right time and place.
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track campaign performance, run A/B tests, and optimize continuously based on data insights to improve KPIs like retention, churn, and CLTV.
  • Customer Segmentation: Build data-driven segmentation frameworks and scoring models to identify key personas, behaviors, and opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Sales, and Data teams to align lifecycle programs with product updates and business goals.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within digital environments—ideally in fintech, SaaS, or B2B/B2B2C.
  • Expertise in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, HubSpot).
  • Proven track record in leading lifecycle programs that improve retention, reduce churn, and drive revenue.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building segments and customer scoring models; comfortable using data to guide strategy and testing.
  • Ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional settings.
