We’re looking for a creative and organized Social Media Manager (Middle level) to join our team and bring energy, ideas, and execution skills to our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around social platforms, loves staying on trend, and is passionate about building and engaging communities through content that connects.
Develop and execute weekly/monthly content calendars aligned with overall marketing objectives.
Bring ideas to life: brainstorm and implement engaging social-first content (static, Reels, stories, carousels, memes, polls, etc.).
Collaborate with designers and copywriters to ensure creative excellence and brand consistency across all platforms.
Generate platform-specific content adapted for Instagram, Twitter (X), Facebook, Telegram, and others.
Stay on top of pop culture, Instagram/TikTok trends, and meme formats to infuse fun, relevance, and virality into your work.
Propose and launch creative experiments (social games, “choose your own adventure” stories, “aesthetic” feeds, user polls, visual puzzles, etc.).
Plan and manage creative online giveaways, engagement challenges, and social mini-games to grow followers and boost interaction.
Research and apply current platform trends (e.g., Instagram Reels, Telegram stickers, Twitter Threads) to increase reach and engagement.
Monitor social KPIs and provide clear, insightful bi-weekly/monthly reports.
Use tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Twitter Analytics, and Telegram bots to track performance.
Suggest action points based on content performance and audience behavior.
You have 2-3 years of experience managing social media accounts (brand, agency, or creator projects).
You’re fluent in content creation and scheduling tools like Buffer, Later, or Hootsuite.
You have basic design skills (Canva, Figma) and understand what makes a scroll-stopping visual.
You’re creative, curious, and bold—ready to pitch new formats, test ideas, and ride the wave of social trends.
You’re interested in exploring new technologies like AI tools for productivity, copywriting, or creative ideation.
You know your way around online games, contests, and giveaways as tools for engagement.
You’re responsible and organized: you meet deadlines, communicate clearly, and keep your workspace (and task list) tidy.
You’re a team player who values feedback and collaboration.
English level B1–B2 or higher for internal communication and content creation.
Experience with Discord and Telegram communities.
Prior exposure to paid ads on Meta or X.
Interest in Web3, gaming, or niche online subcultures.
