Position Summary
As the Agile Delivery Lead, you will partner with multiple product owners to deliver large-scale, client facing initiatives and focused work
Essential Functions
- Encouraging Agile behaviors, reinforcing practices, norms, ceremonies, and supporting the overall team performance.
- Identifying team improvement opportunities and looking externally for best practices to support continuous improvement.
- Leading and coordinating logistics for team ceremonies and practices to enhance the product delivery experience for client-facing initiatives.
- Ensuring all work is tracked in the backlog and is accurately balanced across all respective team members.
- Driving a collaborative and supportive team culture through team building and engagement practices.
- Maintaining and updating team performance metrics and artifacts to ensure accurate and clear feedback to the team members and clarity to other partners.
- Assist AM with the creation of the project roadmap and timeline.
- Assist the team in the execution of work:
- Ensure work is delivered on time.
- Remove impediments & roadblocks to the team.
- Review work outcomes each week alongside the AM to update timeline.
- Monitor the roadmap (in Jira) to ensure work output is aligned to the roadmap being discussed with the client.
- Work alongside the team to assist in the execution of the work to improve delivery and performance.
- You will be responsible for establishing and ensuring the teams in your domain follow and execute the best agile principles, processes, and practices.
- You will ensure timely running of effective team ceremonies, identifying and implementing improvement opportunities, ensuring Jira is kept up to date for metric measuring, and coaching the team(s) to practice agile processes.
- You are a highly collaborative leader who will advise, mentor, coach, and train your colleagues ensuring value delivery in an agile structure.
This is a Hybrid opportunity in our Waltham, MA or San Francisco, CA offices.
Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, Certifications: CSM I/CSM II or higher, PSM I/PSM II or higher
Work Experience: 5+ years of experienced working with or in agile teams and demonstrated expertise in agile processes. Proven track record as Scrum Master or any other applicable role, capable of coaching agile best practices to teams and individuals across different functions, experiences, and geographies as they work through new and unfamiliar situations.
Other Skills:
- Jira & Confluence proficiency and familiarization with different agile practices (Kanban, Leanmindset) with ability to align stories to product release roadmaps and underpinning business strategy is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning, developing roadmaps and throughput metrics for each agile team.
- Self-motivated, adaptable to changing priorities, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong focus on execution with the ability to identify, communicate and remove impediments to progress.
- Experience with obtaining flow-based metrics (throughput, cycle time, WIP, work item aging) and finding areas for team improvement and delivery.
- Excellent organizational skills with capacity for scaling delivery improvement across multiple teams and product areas.
- Ability to present summarized information on team or multi-team level progress and performance based on underpinning data.
- Very comfortable with ambiguity, making and moving forward with recommendations with incomplete information and ‘crafting from scratch’.
- Strong facilitation skills for agile ceremonies, with the ability to brainstorm with the team on solutions to address challenges and roadblocks.
- Excellence written and verbal communications skills.
- Effective facilitator and can brainstorm with team(s) to generate solutions that address challenges and roadblocks.
- Positive approach to the most complex of problems and a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- A proven ability to coach and mentor others, regardless of organizational hierarchy.
- Interest in understanding Trinity’s product space and offerings.
- Proven ability to manage partner relationships and be able to coordinate across teams.
- An intellectual curiosity and passion for developing new skills and modeling a culture of continuous learning, mentoring, and coaching

Trinity’s salary bands account for a wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets and market demand for skills; level of experience and training; specific qualifications, performance, time in role/company, geographic location, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $110,000.00 - $135,000.00. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for an annual discretionary performance bonus.
