Margaritaville at Sea brings Margaritaville’s iconic hospitality to the open ocean for a floating offshore vacation experience. The cruise line’s maiden vessel, the Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, carries passengers from the Port of Palm Beach, Florida, on shorter, easy-breezy getaways to The Bahamas and Key West, while the newly launched Islander sails longer adventures to Key West, Mexico and the Western Caribbean.
Group Sales, Proposals, Blocking and Booking Cabins, Fund Collections per contracts, assuring all group Special Services and needs are met, and liaising with the ship as needed.
Servicing Group Leaders via phone or emails
General Group Administration and liaison with Revenue Management as needed in building groups and securing rates.
Preparing reports - invoicing and manifests as well as weekly executive summaries for the Exec Team
Closing Out the group which includes communication with the Hotel Director, providing manifests and group needs before sailing with all particulars added.
Balance Due Reports, sending payment links, and chasing final payments as needed.
Reconciliation of Group Wallet and refunds as needed and with policy guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Knowledge:
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google
Intermediate to Expert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Google
Kapture Reservation System a plus
Skills:
Proper Phone Skills and Etiquette
Must be flexible with strong organizational skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Abilities:
Comfortable in providing sales through superior customer service skills.
Self-starter and quick learner.
