Work Conditions

  • Your workstation is set up in a safe and secure location at home with stable and reliable internet, not less than 25 Mbps (constant).
  • PHP 50,000 to PHP 100,000 per month (based on experience).
  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippines Time, Monday to Friday (flexible after probation period).

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO & Creative Director (New York-based), you’ll drive the strategy, execution, and performance optimization of email and SMS campaigns for e-commerce clients. You’ll play a key role in improving customer retention, increasing lifetime value, and elevating the brand experience.

You’ll also collaborate with creative and development teams to ensure messaging, design, and automation are aligned with broader marketing and conversion goals.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop data-driven email/SMS marketing strategies focused on retention and lifecycle performance.
  • Plan and execute campaigns, flows, and automation using Klaviyo and other platforms.
  • Analyze performance metrics (CTR, open rate, revenue attribution) and provide actionable insights.
  • Segment audiences and personalize campaigns to improve customer engagement and LTV.
  • Collaborate with design, dev, and CRO teams to align email content with site behavior and brand voice.
  • Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, and timing to improve results.
  • Stay ahead of trends in e-commerce, retention marketing, and platform capabilities (Klaviyo, Attentive, Yotpo, Recharge, etc.).


Experience & Software

  • 3+ years in a role such as Email Marketing Strategist, Retention Marketer, or Lifecycle Marketing Manager.
  • Hands-on expertise with Klaviyo or Shopify (required).
  • Strong background in segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams (design/dev/CRO).
  • Organized, self-driven, and confident in owning client-facing strategies.
 

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SMS platforms like Attentive or Postscript.
  • Familiarity with tools like Yotpo, Okendo, or Recharge.
  • CRO exposure: heatmaps, session recordings, or funnel insights.
  • Design sensitivity and ability to work with Figma or brief UX/UI improvements.
