Collins Aerospace is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the Workforce Intelligence COE in HR. This is a team that is chartered with delivering data-driven, integrated solutions that drive action to support our greatest asset: our people.  You will work on supporting some of the most impactful initiatives within the HR function, provide consulting and insights to senior HR and business leaders, as well as collaborate with some of the sharpest minds and a team that pushes innovation and creativity.

What You Will Do:

  • Develop cross functional relationships and help discover opportunities and use cases that will enhance impact and value of solutions

  • Bring project management and business consulting rigor to special projects, fast moving requests, and other key deliverables

  • Drive and become change agent to technology and data projects that further-enable future insights

  • Deliver strategic analysis and consulting to HR leaders across corporate office by harnessing data from multiple sources and leveraging advanced tools and solutions in place.

  • Lead creation and implementation of an external market analysis service supporting businesses and HR programs around site selection, market competitiveness, and workforce planning.

  • Lead operationalization of advanced analytics solutions, including developing communications and training

  • Partner with HR COEs and Corporate Functions on data requests and emerging priorities

  • Collaborate with other members of the Workforce Intelligence COE on solution design and deployment

  • Support testing and evaluation of new solutions as well as increasing HR adoption of solutions

  • Travel 10% - domestic to Dallas-Fort Worth, TX;  Charlotte, NC; Farmington, CT

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience

  • Consulting, Strategy,  and/or Human Resource experience

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • This role will be primarily virtual.  Preferred locations: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX;  Charlotte, NC; or Farmington, CT

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Experience building data-based recommendations to solve complex problems

  • Experience leading meaningful change in a large and complex organization

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines;

  • Familiarity with statistics, forecasting, and modeling methodologies;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).  An employee may be expected to travel to the site location as needed.   *Position is remote; however, if you live within a reasonable commute of a Collins site with other colleagues you interact with, your manager will discuss whether there is a degree of onsite presence associated with this role. 

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
