The Role: Sales Operations Specialist

At 1Mentor, we’re helping higher education institutions evolve at the pace of industry — and we’re growing fast. As demand for our AI-powered solutions accelerates, we’re looking for a Sales Operations Specialist who thrives in a startup-like environment and is ready to take ownership from day one.

This role is critical to scaling our sales engine. You’ll be responsible for streamlining operations, optimizing performance, and ensuring alignment between Sales and Marketing. From managing our CRM to supporting campaigns and reporting on key metrics, you’ll be the kind of person who doesn’t just maintain systems — you improve them.

We’re a fast-moving team where accountability, proactivity, and impact matter. If you’re someone who makes things happen, takes initiative, and loves building structure in high-growth settings, this is your chance to be part of a mission-driven company that’s redefining the future of education.

  • Develop and continuously improve a centralized repository of sales documents and infrastructure.
  • Maintain and organize sales documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for the team.

  • Create and maintain customer and prospect databases for targeted outreach and segmentation.
  • Qualify and classify inbound and outbound leads to maximize conversion potential.
  • Develop and execute sales campaigns using HubSpot, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement.
