Strada's Global Advisory team is dedicated to supporting our customers on their HR & Payroll journeys. The Analyst is primarily accountable for utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills to contribute to projects that deliver measurable business outcomes and ROI. Our focus is on transforming our organization into data-driven consultants to enhance client retention and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
As an Analyst, a typical day could include the following:
Contributing to projects that align with client and internal goals, analyzing data to deliver actionable insights and solutions to our largest and most complex clients.
Effectively utilizing Six Sigma and Agile methodology, coupled with a strong data analytics skill set, to identify opportunities that will propel our business forward.
As an Analyst, you will apply your expertise to deliver high-impact solutions and drive the successful implementation of our core capabilities:
Operational Excellence: Analyze and collaborate with colleagues and leaders to identify opportunities for improving processes, experiences, or services, create impact/effort assessments, and develop implementation plans.
Value Realization: Deliver detailed value analytics, articulating the benefits of customer investments and adjusting approaches as needed.
Customer Success: Analyze customer feedback to identify opportunities to enhance relationships and improve customer retention.
Stabilization Strategies: Analyze and identify opportunities to stabilize teams, improve Key Performance Indicators, and create action plans to fulfill commitments to our customers.
Renewal Playbook: Participate in executing renewal strategies aimed at retaining customers, reducing churn, and proposing new offerings that align with customer goals.
Qualifications and Requirements
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills to execute and deliver desired outcomes.
Ability to utilize data to influence others, both client and internal partners, towards a common vision or goal.
Expert ability to conduct primary and secondary root cause analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvements.
Ability to quickly adapt to change while meeting deadlines.
Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written); must be able to develop presentations and "tell the story," supported by data.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Six Sigma and Agile methodology to drive the development of new solutions and evolve existing solutions.
Education and Certifications
Associate's degree and/or equivalent work experience required.
Six Sigma and Agile Certification desired but not required.
