About You:

Your expertise lies in B2B lead generation, sales enablement, and customer acquisition, and you possess strong leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams and guide them toward shared goals. What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Implement GTM Strategies: Design and lead go-to-market plans to generate high-quality B2B leads and support business growth.
  • Lead Generation Campaigns: Plan, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract and engage target accounts.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales teams to create tools, resources, and messaging that drive engagement and conversion.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify customer needs, emerging trends, and competitive opportunities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with marketing, client services, and analytics teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and provide actionable insights to improve lead generation outcomes.
  • Technology Utilization: Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize lead management and nurture workflows.
  • Build Connections: Leverage your internal network to identify opportunities, share insights, and foster a collaborative culture that drives lead generation.
  • Engage Clients and Partners: Strengthen relationships with clients and external partners to uncover mutual opportunities for business growth.
  • Expand Influence: Actively participate in industry events, forums, and networking opportunities to build visibility and generate leads.

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience: 8+ years in GTM strategy, sales enablement, or a related field, ideally within technology, digital marketing, or analytics industries.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in developing and executing go-to-market strategies that drive lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with professional services industries, marketing technologies, and sales processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data and insights to inform strategy and improve campaign performance.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data analytics tools.
