Summary: Dime Community Bank is currently hiring for a Dime Support Representative I to support Dime's Call Center while working remotely. The Dime Support Representative I will respond to incoming telephone calls from customers and Dime staff relating to individual accounts and assist customers with inquiries on products and services. The role will also provide customer account-related services in conformance with Dime policies, procedures, and service quality standards. Previous banking experience is required.
Salary commensurate with experience, ranging from $40,000 to $48,000 annually. The exact compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, education, training, licensure and certifications, and location.
