POSITION
:
Common CENTS Solutions, Inc. is currently looking for a Senior Living Sales Manager, focused in the Senior Living market, with strong business development, drive, and proven experience in developing new business opportunities while managing all aspects of prospective client relationships.
This position will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Independently develop sales opportunities within the senior living market.
- Prepare, respond to, and manage client proposals
.
- Formally answer RFI & RFPs when applicable, and develop and deliver client presentations for an end-to-end, fully integrated, technology solution.
- Lead the account planning and strategic development for targeted accounts while
fostering relationships with prospective clients.
- Travel will be required; 35-45% expected travel time for customer engagement, development and marketing activities.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post-Secondary education coupled with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in sales roles preferably in the senior living industry.
- Solid understanding of product support and professional services and of software solutions
- Proven experience in analyzing customer/prospect requirements and aligning
prospective customers’ business requirements relating to POS IT services will be essential for this role
- Strategic account development experience
- Proven experience in solution product selling
- Consultative selling style with a strong customer focus for problem solving
- Proven prior knowledge or experience in POS operations, the workings of a senior living facility/community, a production kitchen and/or related software systems will give a potential candidate the inside track on this opportunity
- Entrepreneurial approach to market segment(s) and/or territory

- Superior communication, presentation and listening skills
- The successful candidate must be able to work with other sales representatives and direct a highly qualified and professional corporate support team, when and where required, during the sales process with each prospective customer
