Modivcare is looking for an experienced Vice President - Product Management to join our team. This role is responsible for leading product innovation initiatives across multiple market segments, driving performance and growth of product solutions, and aligning cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Service, and Support.   • Focuses on innovative solution delivery for the organization.

  • Defines and drives the business plan, short- and long-term growth strategy and positioning of the organization's products.

  • Directs the end-to-end leadership of new and existing products from inception through all phases of the products' lifecycle.

  • Provides strategic framework for the creation, positioning, branding, pricing and marketing of innovation opportunities.

  • Cultivates a creative environment for the organization and disseminate innovative ideas throughout the organization.

  • Delivers operating profit goals assigned to new product innovation.

  • Establishes product messaging and go-to-market strategies for multiple innovative products focused on various segments.

  • Collaborates closely with customers, sales, marketing, services, and support to drive revenue growth for the organization.

  • Evangelizes solutions in strategic forums, industry events, and customer-facing communications.

  • Manages the business with strong financial metrices driven goals.

  • Influences and drives commitment for overall product portfolio strategy at all levels of the organization, including the executive board.

  • Ensures consistency in methodology used across all product management teams.

  • Develops the product development strategy and oversees execution of frameworks, processes and best practices across the product management team in order to drive consistency and standards.

  • Assesses product management's operational performance, identifies improvements, and identifies levers to accelerate changes to process.

  • Anticipates and identifies issues that inhibit adoption of best practices or realization of business growth value and provide recommendations to eliminate roadblocks and areas of opportunity.

  • May lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

  • Occasional business travel may be required.

  • Determines appropriate resourcing of staff in order to achieve goals and objectives.

  • Builds an effective senior leadership team through mentoring and formal education that focuses on management and project management principles.

  • Defines annual Key Performance Indicators aligned with corporate goals.

  • Directs and mentors senior leaders on performance gaps, career development opportunities, and strategies.

  • Directs and coaches senior leaders on all human resource related processes including onboarding, performance management, succession planning, employee relations, selection, terminations, compensation and rewards.

  • Accountable for strategic design, execution, and collective results along with others’ successful contributions.

  • Owns attainment of high employee satisfaction and retention; lead development of program and initiatives within group to attain high employee satisfaction.

  • Directs and influences change management initiatives to drive improvements and efficiencies cross-functionally.

  • Ability to direct and interact collaboratively and communicate effectively with external, internal customers, and stakeholders to address issues and ensure alignment across the organization to drive customer success.

  • Prepares and manages budget as assigned; analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions to maximize operational performance.

  • Fifteen (15) plus years experience product development and management, ideally within healthcare services.

  • Ten (10) plus years leadership responsibility leading teams in product management or product marketing teams in an enterprise environment.

  • Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

  • In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, customer needs, and competition.

  • Extensive understanding of product lifecycle stages, from ideation to launch and beyond.

  • Strong grasp of financial metrics, pricing strategies, ROI analysis, and P&L management.

  • Profound understanding of user-centered design principles and user research methodologies.

  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication, ability to convey complex ideas, strategies, and product concepts to diverse audiences and long-term product strategies.

  • Adeptness in analyzing complex problems and developing innovative solutions.

  • Strong strategic planning, ability to develop actionable product roadmaps based on market insights and business objectives.

  • Adeptness in collaborating with various departments for cohesive product delivery.

  • Strong adaptability to changing market conditions, technologies, and customer demands.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Salary: $202,300 - $283,200

Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
