As a Leader, Business Development you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives. You will use your outstanding leadership skills to help new, ambitious and entrepreneurial people kickstart their careers in Sales. Additionally, you’ll coach, train and lead the team to interact with our prospects, convert leads to booked meetings or our Account Executive teams and conduct themselves in a world-class way. We sell to a global marketplace, and this is a great opportunity to work with and be a part of an international team.
Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in the United States and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for U.S. based candidates for this position is $60,000-- $80,000 USD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.
