Your Role At A Glance

As a Strategic Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting corporate development initiatives by conducting market research, analyzing data, identifying trends, and evaluating potential strategic opportunities to drive growth and innovation. You will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision marking withing the organization.

How You’ll Drive Success
Research & Analysis
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments to inform strategic planning and identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.
  • Utilize various analytical techniques and tools to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights
Strategic Planning & Evaluation
  • Evaluate potential strategic opportunities, including partnerships, acquisitions, and investments, through comprehensive financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessment.
  • Develop and maintain forecasting models to predict market dynamics and future opportunities.
  • Identify potential risks and opportunities, and make recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.
Collaboration & Reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business performance, identify key drivers, and recommend strategic initiatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executives, synthesizing complex information into clear and concise insights.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates on performance against strategic objectives. 
Execution & Continuous Improvement
  • Assist in the execution of strategic transactions, including deal structuring, negotiation, and integration planning.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in strategic analysis and business intelligence to support the execution of the company’s long-term strategic plan.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Required Skills
  • 10 years proven experience in strategic analysis, corporate development, or management consulting, preferably within the technology or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in conducting valuation analysis, including M&A modeling.
  • Proficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
