Manage problem tickets, change requests, and system integrations. Analyze issues and recommend solutions. Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing. 
Mentor junior staff and provide high-level production support. Deliver quality code for testing and validation, adhering to IT and Corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve IT tickets raised by business units related to various applications.
  • Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the business functionality of supported applications.
  • Actively collaborate with one or more functional areas within Parexel to align business processes with systems and tools.
  • Provide technical support to Clinical Business Users.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to applications.
  • Collaborate effectively with other IT Team members.
  • Document technical issues and solutions thoroughly.
  • Provide on-call support as needed.
  • Deliver excellent resolutions to all Application issues.
  • Analyze complex problems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Ensure thorough documentation and perform unit testing.
  • Mentor junior staff members.
  • Provide high-level production support.
  • Deliver quality code for testing and validation.
  • Adhere to IT and Corporate policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Willingness to provide on-call support.
  • Experience with SQL queries and Java or other related tools.
