THE POSITION
We are seeking a driven, tech-savvy Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will help home inspectors discover how our products can improve their business, increase efficiency, and enhance the way they serve clients. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle— from prospecting to close—while working closely with the onboarding and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
WHAT YOU DO
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inbound leads.
Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
Conduct product demos and lead consultative sales conversations.
Stay up to date on product updates, industry trends, and competitors.
Upsell additional products and services.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline data in CRM
Collaborate closely with the onboarding and customer success teams.
Manage the entire sales cycle from lead to close.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Pay rate: MXN 136.00 an hour
Monthly Potential bonus: Average performer: MXN $7,400

WHAT YOU BRING:
1+ years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative, preferably selling SaaS solutions to SMBs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined activity quotas
Proven track record of success in new business development.
Strong discovery skills and consultative selling approach.
Comfortable conducting software demos and explaining technical concepts.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Team player with a collaborative and growth-oriented mindset.
Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload.
Equipment: a laptop (or a desktop computer) and an internet connection that meet our minimum requirements.
