Department: Sales Operations / Finance

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Analyst to support the sales teams in maintaining accurate data and driving efficiency across client opportunity management, contract administration, and revenue reporting. This offshore-based role will be instrumental in ensuring Salesforce (SF) data integrity, supporting weekly sales processes, and contributing to overall pipeline hygiene and opportunity closure efforts.

The candidate will also be expected to transition seamlessly to Microsoft Dynamics (MSDynamics) once the organization migrates platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain 100% accuracy and up-to-date information in Salesforce, including:
    • Contract documentation, opportunity booking and phasing
    • Opportunity and client lead management
    • Invoicing details and revenue tracking
    • Cleanup of outdated or pending items
  • Manage and update the active pipeline
  • Extract Salesforce reports and build structured rhythm for tracking opportunity closure and identifying blockers
  • Participate in twice-weekly syncs with Sales and internal teams
  • Actively participate in pipeline calls to ensure full alignment with salesforce data
  • Support weekly sales file preparation and ensure accuracy of sales data
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve queries related to revenue, pipeline, or client-related concerns
  • Be agile and flexible in adapting to the upcoming migration from Salesforce to Microsoft Dynamics

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM / Microsoft Dynamics and strong reporting/analytical skills
  • Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills and experience working with data and dashboards
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/offshore environment
  • Familiarity with sales pipelines and revenue recognition processes

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible offshore hours with overlap to support regular coordination with onshore teams
  • Available for key weekly rhythms and calls (e.g., Sales/Finance syncs, DMB meetings).
