Job Description

Seeking a Techno-Functional Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Approval Management Engine (AME) to support a long-term O&M project for a federal client. This role involves providing day-to-day support, troubleshooting, enhancements, addressing change requests, and implementing continuous improvements to the Oracle CLM module within a production environment. The ideal candidate will combine deep functional expertise with strong technical troubleshooting skills to ensure stability, compliance, and performance of the existing CLM system.

Responsibilities

  • Provide ongoing production support for Oracle Federal CLM, including incident resolution, service requests, and system monitoring.
  • Maintain and update AME configurations for approval workflows, routing rules, and escalation.s
  • Analyze and resolve functional and technical issues related to PRs, POs, awards, amendments, and other contract documents.
  • Support quarterly patching, performance tuning, and regression testing
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, DBAs, and QA teams to triage and resolve issues
  • Manage configuration updates, test scripts, and documentation in support of change management processes
  • Develop and enhance functional documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials
  • Participate in enhancement backlog grooming, impact analysis, and implementation planning
  • Perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive solutions to reduce recurring issues
  • Support compliance activities and reporting aligned with FAR/DFARS and federal procurement regulations

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong presentation, analytical, and technical skill
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Familiarity with federal documentation standards
  • Excellent communication, documentation, client service and client-facing skills
  • 6+ years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), including 3+ years in Oracle Federal CLM
  • Strong experience with AME configuration and maintenance, including rule setup, condition logic, and testing
  • Hands-on knowledge of CLM functionality such as awards, contract modifications, PRs, POs, templates, and clauses
  • Solid understanding of integration points with PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, and AP modules
  • Proficiency in Oracle Workflow, PL/SQL, XML Publisher, and debugging of workflow/AME issues
  • Experience in O&M or production support environments, including ticket triaging and SLA management
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Must be able to clear a federal background investigation - Applicants selected will be subject to a government security.
  • Workdays: Monday-Friday

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Oracle R12.2.x or Oracle CLM
  • Exposure to G-Invoicing, federal budget systems, or procurement
  • Experience using tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy for ticket and change management
  • Knowledge of Web ADI, Oracle Alerts, or OBIEE reports
  • Active Public Trust or Secret Clearance, or the ability to obtain
  • Oracle Certification in Procurement or CLM is a plus
