Job description

Shipt, Inc. seeks a full-time Vice President of Last Mile. Requires a Bachelor’s degree Supply Chain,
Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Statistics, Business Administration, or a related field
(foreign degree equivalent accepted) and 8 years of progressive work experience in an operational
management or operations engineering position (e.g., Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Manager,
Operations Manager, etc.) working within a large e-commerce/marketplace in network design. Work
experience should also include: 5 years of: (1) direct management experience, hiring, developing, and
retaining top talent in a Gig workforce/on demand environment; (2) business and operations leadership
experience in a fast-growing, demanding operating environment; and (3) experience with statistical
analysis and modeling (e.g., causal inference, significance testing, regression analysis, etc.). Employer
will accept experience gained concurrently. Work experience may have been earned after Bachelor’s
