Position Summary:
The Sr. Director, Client Implementations leads the successful onboarding and renewal of clients by driving high-quality implementation planning and execution. They serve as a key escalation point, ensuring clear communication and resolution of complex issues while supporting executive leadership with strategic updates. This role mentors and develops the implementation team, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and champions a culture of teamwork and integrity.
